Fue co-arquitecto del Tratado de la preservación de espacios y de la Ley de Preservación de la Tecnología espacial que se presentó al Congreso de los EE.UU. por el congresista Dennis Kucinich y está respaldada por todo el mundo más de 270 ONGs. El ayudó a redactar la Audiencia Ciudadana en el año 2000 con Stephen Bassett, y sirve como un miembro de la Junta de Asesores. El 9 de marzo de 2.005 se firmó el "ACUERDO PARA LA MEJORADE LA CALIDAD DEL SISTEMA EDUCATIVO DE LA COMUNIDAD DE MADRID" (en adelante el ACUERDO) para promover un proceso de consenso social y político entre todos los sectores que componen la comunidad educativa. (On March 9 of 2005 was signed the "Agreement FOR THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION SYSTEM IN THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID (the agreement) to promote a process of social and political consensus among all sectors that make up the educational community).
El ACUERDO fue firmado por 16 organizaciones representantes de uno u otro modo de todos los centros docentes sostenidos con fondos públicos de la Comunidad de Madrid: Sindicatos de la Enseñanza, Patronales de Centros Concertados, Cooperativas de Enseñanza y Federaciones de asociaciones de padres y madres de alumnos. (The agreement was signed by 16 organizations representing one way or another in all schools supported with public funds from the Community of Madrid: Teachers' Unions, Employers Fixed Point, Cooperative Education and federations of associations of parents of students).
El periodo de vigencia del acuerdo estaba comprendido entre 2.005 y 2.008 y abarcaba una variedad de temas relacionados con el sector de la enseñanza, entre ellos "La igualdad de oportunidades". (The term of the agreement was between 2005 and 2008 and covered a variety of topics related with the education sector, including "Equal Opportunities").
Para el seguimiento del ACUERDO y de los compromisos contenidos en él, se constituyeron 3 COMISIONES DE SEGUIMIENTO: (To monitor the agreement and the commitments contained therein, were 3 Monitoring Committee):
- Enseñanza Pública. (Public Education).
- Enseñanza Privada. (Private Education).
- Igualdad de Oportunidades. (Equal Opportunities).

El acuerdo consiste en la promoción de unos Cursos de adaptación Universitaria impartidos por Sapientec (quien ha firmado también el Convenio), completamente gratuitos para el alumnado superdotado de ESO y bachillerato. Los primeros cursos firmados son: Nivel Iniciación de adaptación a las exigencias universitarias, Mejora de las inteligencias en su proyección científica preuniversitaria, Curso para el desarrollo y comprensión de las Ciencias Agrarias e igualmente para Ciencias Geológicas. Los cursos se irán incrementando a lo largo de la duración del Convenio. (The agreement involves the promotion of some courses taught of University adaptation taught by Sapientec (who has also signed the Convention), completely free for GIFTED students of ESO and high school. The first courses that were signed: Initiation level of adaptation to the demands of university, Improved intelligence in his pre-university scientific projection, Course for development and understanding of the Agricultural Sciences and also for Geological Sciences. The courses will increase along the length of the Agreement).
