¿QUÉ DEBE DE HACER UN EMPRESARIO INTELIGENTE PARA AFRONTAR LA CRISIS CON ÉXITO Y TRANSFORMAR ESTA SITUACIÓN EN UN PUNTO DE INFLEXIÓN HACIA LA GRAN REVOLUCIÓN TECNOLÓGICA-ENERGÉTICA-INDUSTRIAL MUNDIAL?
Crisis cambiable a Punto de Inflexión. Y YO DECRETO QUE EL AHORA ES UN PUNTO DE INFLEXIÓN. ¿Qué queréis vosotros que sea? ¿Qué queréis? ¿Queremos seguir llorando o queremos actuar?
Punto de inflexión, es un punto donde se produce un cambio en dirección contraria a la existente. En situaciones críticas, como la actual, debe de existir un momento en el que se produzca el cambio hacia un horizonte mejor. Todo el mundo habla de crisis, que existe es innegable; aunque ni mucho menos tiene que ver con la de 1993. Ya sabemos todos que tenemos un problema, pues ¡adelante! vamos a resolverlo. No podemos quedarnos en palabras y promesas, ya es hora de empezar con medidas concretas, no sólo el Gobierno, sino todos. Porque de todos depende que la actual crisis sea el inicio de una depresión económica o el punto de inflexión hacia una nueva economía.
Hagamos que este momento sea un punto de inflexión, consigamos mantenernos con inteligencia, sin olvidarnos de que existe una meta de crecimiento posterior. No nos quedemos contemplando lo que existe ni nos pongamos del lado de la barca que se hunde, porque así seguro que nos hundimos. Tenemos que remar del otro lado, no sólo para salir a flote, sino para seguir surcando el mar hacia nuevos horizontes. Cambiemos la situación, afrontándola con éxito; ya hemos pasado otras veces por situaciones peores y hemos salido adelante.
Si tienes la intención de salir de la situación de crisis sigue leyendo, sino permanece como desees.
Para resolver un problema, debemos tener en nuestra mente, siempre presente dos conceptos: el origen del problema y sus consecuencias. A veces pensamos que las consecuencias son el origen del problema y de esta forma jamás podremos resolverlo. Vamos a hacer un resumen previo de lo que tenemos.
¿Cómo se ha producido la crisis? Sí, producido. Porque en mi opinión, la crisis ha sido producida. Fundamentalmente por:
a) Endurecimiento de condiciones crediticias: La subida del Euribor (desde aproximadamente 2.5 en 2006 hasta el actual, más del doble de subida en dos años), añadiendo a esto la subida del valor de la vivienda. Reflexionamos, y nos damos cuenta de que en general estamos endeudados y esto hace de nosotros un punto de vulnerabilidad, que nos deja supeditados en manos de la Banca. Con la subida del Euribor, se ha producido una subida en el pago mensual hipotecario, por lo que, al no llegar a final de mes, el ciudadano de a pie, ha disminuido el consumo.
Las empresas han notado en general las caídas de las ventas y beneficios.
b) Falta de financiación por parte de las Entidades Bancarias, tanto a particulares como a inversores industriales, debido, supongo, a la falta de confianza que tienen en la economía española. Así se ha producido una bajada en las inversiones en general, no porque no se desee, sino porque no se puede. Todos somos parte del problema, no hay que buscar culpables, sino soluciones. Mi opinión es que, si podéis ahorrad, pero pensando en que estáis ahorrando para futuras inversiones, no tengáis mentalidad de estancamiento, sino de progreso. Es vital esto que os estoy indicando.
c) Una subida del petróleo superior al 6%.
Viendo los anteriores 3 puntos de origen de la crisis, en principio, observamos que es el Gobierno el que tiene que atajar y negociar urgentemente; así como conseguir la confianza europea en la economía española, ¡esto es vital!. A nosotros nos toca, no sólo sufrir el origen, sino las consecuencias; y tenemos que aprender a paliar y transformar todo a nuestro favor de una forma inteligente.
No debemos alarmarnos pues hay diversas medidas a tomar en España con respecto a este punto de inflexión en el que nos hayamos:
Lo primero: Decidir todos que sea UN PUNTO DE INFLEXIÓN, para empezar a elevarnos. Cambiar la mentalidad derrotista y negativa por una positiva y fructífera. ¿Qué quieres tú? Empieza a pensar como un triunfador, no como un perdedor.
a) Los Gobiernos deberán invertir en edificación, obra pública, infraestructuras, nuevas tecnologías, industria y energía. Gobierno de España, invierte en nuevas tecnologías y energía, predigo que se avecina una Gran Revolución Tecnológica e Industrial, muy superior a la ya conocida histórica Revolución Industrial.
b) Invertir y si no puedes ahorrar, pero ahorrar para invertir en el futuro en producción. Empresario, mueve tu mente hacia la idea (cuado puedas) de invertir en nuevas tecnologías y energía, predigo que se avecina una Gran Revolución Tecnológica e Industrial, muy superior a la ya conocida histórica Revolución Industrial.
c) Sacar productos más baratos y competitivos. Analízate, mejora la calidad y el servicio.
d) Fomentar la innovación y nuevas tecnologías. Investiga en nuevas ideas
E) Emprende proyectos que en ningún caso supongan un alto riesgo, pero sí un gran avance tecnológico.
f) Invertir en nuevos carburantes, biocombustibles alternativos como Gasohol y Biodiesel, en vehículos híbridos y eléctricos, con recursos energéticos renovables de productos inocuos que a su vez reduzcan la generación de Gases con efecto invernadero y Tóxicos…
Para conseguir un punto de inflexión en los distintos sectores debemos de realizar lo siguiente:
Primero: Cambio de mentalidad hacia el PUNTO DE INFLEXIÓN que nos elevará a la mayor Revolución Tecnológica jamás vivida en la Humanidad. Recuerda: ¿Tu pensamiento de qué es? ¿De perdedor o de ganador? La subsistencia en una empresa sólo conduce a la muerte. No olvides nunca qué significa ser “empresario”: EL QUE EMPRENDE. Déjate de lamentaciones y de llorar: ACTÚA.
a) Nuevos sistemas de financiación tanto para clientes como para inversiones en el negocio.
b) Negociación de acuerdos Comerciales.
c) Asociacionismo, unión de los distintos sectores para negociar conjuntamente: acuerdos entre el Sector y Gobierno para determinación de costes, gasoil, otros, acuerdos financieros con entidades bancarias, acuerdos para la creación de unos precios mínimos por encima de costes que garanticen la estabilidad de cada sector.
d) Establecimiento de sinergias entre sectores. Sólo el multidisciplinar, el que tenga una visión global y se adapte al constante cambio triunfará. Y… “Sólo el que ve lo invisible consigue lo imposible”.
e) Internacionalización de las ventas.
f) Sistemas eficaces de venta de productos favoreciendo la retirada de aquellos antigüos y menos ecológicos, con la incentivación de la modernización de los ya existentes.
g) Paciencia por parte de los fabricantes y productores.
h) Diversificación del negocio en nuevas áreas.
g) Formación y profesionalización del sector.
h) Eliminación de intermediaciones innecesarias en el negocio. Análisis del personal de la empresa, detección de talentos y retención de los mejores. ¿Qué es eso de despedir a trocho y mocho sin sentido, sin estudio y sin estilo, y después gastar más dinero en subcontrataciones inefectivas? Sobre todo las multinacionales, deberíais de hacer un análisis de los talentos y posiciones de vuestro personal antes de organizar despidos insostenibles a veces. Despedid además con dignidad.
i) Creación de un combustible profesional para el sector transporte y aquellos que precisen de su uso, con contrato diferenciado fiscalmente.
j) Inversiones en nuevas tecnologías, nuevos combustibles y nuevos sistemas de energía.
Lo que resumidamente debe de hacer un empresario inteligente en estas situaciones es:
a) Aprovechar el momento para buscar el oro entre la paja, son momentos de limpieza organizada (control de producción y personal, cumplimientos de horarios, contrataciones, reestructuración de procesos productivos, ahorro de costes meditado, reorganización eficiente de plantilla…), reflexión y análisis.
b) Es fundamental una buena gestión de la tesorería y sus previsiones, para prever eventuales problemas de morosidad, y tirar de recursos y fondos propios, frente a la falta de ingresos. Hay que estar atentos y llevar una buena gestión en la tesorería, porque en momentos de crisis, medianas y grandes empresas a veces retrasan los pagos al límite.
c) Analizar operaciones comerciales con avales y otros productos similares.
d) Gestionar las deudas propias y frente a terceros (llegando a acuerdos con el deudor en caso de impagados, negociar la deuda propia de corto a largo plazo…)
Apelo a la eficacia, a las uniones de cada sector y sinergias entre sectores, a la colaboración entre partidos políticos, a la preparación y formación de todos para adaptarnos a las nuevas situaciones; al interés por parte de todos los Ministerios y Comunidades Autónomas.
Y bien, “No hay milagro sin intención ni voluntad”. Nos toca rendir más, tal vez dormir menos, ser más eficientes, formarnos, profesionalizarnos, y estar alerta a todo tipo de oportunidades.
Ánimo, podemos conseguirlo. Un empresario inteligente, puede conseguirlo. Somos fuertes. La fuerza está en nuestro pensamiento, en lo que firmemente creamos que podemos conseguir.
Y dime, empresario: ¿En qué quieres creer tú? ¿Te apetece que lo de ahora sea tan sólo un
PUNTO DE INFLEXIÓN que vire hacia el crecimiento de nuestra economía en una
GRAN REVOLUCIÓN TECNOLÓGICA E INDUSTRIAL? ¿O te apetece hundirte más en la miseria y pensar en un futuro que se avecina aterrador? Independientemente de que todos seamos realistas, ¿eres un perdedor o un ganador? Si el mundo entero nos ponemos de acuerdo podemos conseguirlo: que los ricos sigan siendo ricos y los pobres dejen de ser pobres. Se puede conseguir. Tenemos más que motivos para estar todos de acuerdo. "

WHAT MUST TO DO AN INTELLIGENT BUSINESS MAN AND WOMAN TO DEAL WITH SUCCESS THE CRISIS AND TO TRANSFORM THE SITUATION ON A TURNING POINT TOWARD THE GREAT WORLD TECNOLOGIC, ENERGETIC AND INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION?
Crisis is changeable to a turning point. I SAY THAT NOW IS A TURNING POINT. What do you want that it is? What do you want? Do we want to keep crying or we want acting?
Inflection point or TURNING POINT is a point where there is a change in direction contrary to the existing one. In critical situations, like the present, there should be a time when there is a shift towards a better horizon. Everyone talks about crisis, there is no denying, though much less has to do with 1993 crisis. We know everybody that we have a problem, and then, go ahead! We will resolve it. We can not remain in words and promises; it is time to start with concrete measures, not only the Government but everyone. Because of all depends on the current crisis is the beginning of an economic depression or the turning point towards a new economy.
Make this point is a TURNING POINT, keep with intelligence, without forgetting that there is a growth target later. We do not become what it is contemplating or getting on the side of the boat to sink, because we surely sink. We have to paddle across, not just to go afloat, but to continue to cross the sea to new horizons. Change the situation, confront successfully. Other times we have gone worse, and we have gone ahead. If you intend to leave the crisis continues reading, but remains as you desired.
To solve a problem, we must keep in mind, always present two concepts: the origin of the problem and its consequences. Sometimes we think that the consequences are the source of the problem and thus we can never solve it. We will make a short preview of what we have.

b) Lack of funding from banks, to both private industry investors, because, I suppose, a lack of confidence they have in the economy. So there has been a drop in investment in general, not because they do not want to, but because they can not. We are all part of the problem; there is no necessary to search the guilty, but solutions. My opinion is that if you can save do it, but you must think of saving for the future investments, have no culture of stagnation, but progress. It is vital that I am saying you.
c) A rise in oil above 6%. Displaying the previous 3 points of origin of the crisis, in principle, we note that it is the government that has to deal urgently and negotiate, as well as secure European confidence in the Spanish economy, this is vital! We suffer the origin, and the consequences and we must learn to overcome and transform everything in our favour in an intelligence way.
We must not alarmed because there are several steps to take in Spain with respect to this turning point in which we have:
First: To decide everybody that is a turning point, to begin to rise. Change the negative and defeatist mentality by one positive and fruitful mentality. What do you want? Start to think like a winner, not a loser.
a) Governments must invest in construction, public works, infrastructure, new technologies, industry and energy. Government of Spain, investing in new energy technologies and, I predict a really coming Great Technological Revolution, well above the well-known historical Industrial Revolution.
b) Invest and if you can not save, but save for investment in future production. Businessman, move your mind toward the idea (when you can) to invest in new energy, new technologies, innovations and, I predict a coming Great Technologic Revolution, well above the well-known historical Industrial Revolution.
c) Remove products cheaper and more competitive. Analyse, improving quality and service.
d) To encourage innovation and new technologies. Investigates new ideas
E) Develop any projects that involve no a high risk, but a technological breakthrough.
f) Investing in new fuels, bio fuels and alternative Gasohol Biodiesel, hybrid and electric vehicles with renewable energy-friendly products which will in turn reduce the generation of greenhouse gases and Poisons ...
To achieve a turning point in the various sectors must do the following: First: Change in attitude toward the turning point that we raised to the greatest technological revolution ever lived on Humanity. Remember: Your thoughts of what it is? What a loser or winner? Livelihood in a business only leads to death. Never forget what it means to be "employer" means EMPLOY. Quit crying: ACT.
a) New funding system in the business for both, clients and investment.
b) Association, a union of different sectors together to negotiate agreements between the Government Sector and for determination of costs, fuel oil, other financial arrangements with banks, agreements for the establishment of minimum prices above costs to ensure stability each sector.
c) Creation of synergies between sectors. Only the multidisciplinary entrepreneur, who has a global vision and adapt to the constantly changing, he will triumph. And ... "Only those see the invisible achieve the impossible."
d) Internationalization of sales.
e) Effective product sales by promoting the withdrawal of those ancient and less green, with the incentive of the modernization of existing ones.
f) Patience by manufacturers and producers.
g) Diversification into new business areas.
h) Training and professionalization of the sector.
i) Elimination of unnecessary intermediaries in the business. Analysis of Staff Company, detection and retention of the best talent. What is that to dismiss everybody meaningless without any study and without any style, and then spend more money on ineffective outsourcing? Especially multinational companies, you should make an analysis of the positions of your talents before organizing some unsustainable staff layoffs. Also fire the people with dignity.
j) Creation of a fuel for transportation sector and those which require its use, with different tax contract.
k) Investment in new technologies, new fuels and new energy systems.
What an intelligent businessman must do in these situations is:
a) Making the time to search for gold from straw, are now organized cleaning (control production and employees, compliance schedules, absents, contracts, restructuring of production processes, meditated cost savings, efficient reorganization plan ...) and reflection analysis.
b) It is essential a good management of cash flow and his forecasts, to predict potential problems of moroseness, and pulling resources and funds, compared to the lack of income. We must be vigilant and keep a good cash flow management, because in times of crisis, medium and large companies sometimes delayed payments to the limit.
c) Analyze business operations with securities and other similar products.
d) To manage the debts ourselves and against third parties (reaching agreements with the debtor in case of default, to negotiate its own debt in the short to long term ...)
I appeal to the effectiveness of unions in each sector and synergies between sectors, the cooperation between political parties, the preparation and training for everybody to adapt to new situations, the interest on the part of all ministries and regional governments.
Well, "No miracle, without intention or desire." We have to pay more, perhaps sleeping less, being more efficient, trained, professional, and be alert to any opportunities. Go on! We can achieve it. An intelligent entrepreneur can succeed. We are strong. The strength is in our thoughts, as we believe strongly that we can achieve.
And tell me, entrepreneur: What do you want to believe? Do you want the crisis it is now just a point to turn towards the growth of our economy in a GREAT TECHNOLOGICAL REVOLUTION? Or do you want sink more misery and think of a frightening future ahead? Whether we are all realistic, are you a loser or winner? If the entire world we agree we can get it: that the rich are still rich and the poor stop being poor. We can achieve it. We have thousands of reasons to be everybody in agreement.
